COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $14.99/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM


ROLE IMPACT: Support high-volume document imaging operations by preparing, scanning, and processing sensitive documents with accuracy and efficiency. Success in this role is measured by consistently meeting production and quality standards while maintaining document confidentiality and ensuring smooth daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an IBML high-speed document scanning machine to process multiple assigned jobs according to production schedules.

• Prepare documents for scanning by sorting, batching, removing staples or clips, aligning pages, and verifying document condition.

• Monitor machine performance, resolve routine issues such as jams or misfeeds, and perform quality checks to ensure accurate image capture.

• Maintain batch counts, production logs, and exception records while organizing completed work according to job requirements.

• Follow document handling, confidentiality, data security, and quality control procedures while assisting with additional production tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in document scanning, production, warehouse, mailroom, print operations, or machine operation preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• IBML high-speed document scanning equipment

• Basic computer systems and production tracking tools

• Document imaging and quality control processes

• Batching and indexing procedures

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience handling confidential or sensitive documents.

• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong communication skills.


LEGAL NOTICE

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift, move, or carry boxes of documents, typically up to 25–35 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movement required for document preparation, feeding, and sorting. Ability to work in a production environment with moderate machine noise.
