Gestionnaire risque clients et recouvrement

Assurer une bonne gestion du poste client conformément à la politique de gestion du risque et la Credit policy du groupe. •Analyse et solvabilité : Évaluation des clients, détermination des conditions de paiement, interaction avec le service commercial. •Limites de crédit : Définition, suivi et révision annuelle des limites autorisées. •Sécurisation export : Mise en place de crédits documentaires, garanties bancaires, et utilisation correcte des incoterms. •Recouvrement et litiges : Suivi des dossiers bloqués, gestion des litiges et application du processus de recouvrement jusqu’à résolution. •Comptes clients : Justification des comptes, lettrage et mise à jour des échéances. •Trade : Gestion des crédits documentaires et garanties bancaires, suivi des engagements avec les banques. •Bac + 2 minimum en Comptabilité / Gestion / Commerce international. •Connaissance du progiciel de gestion intégrée (ERP) de l'entreprise. •Maîtriser les outils bureautiques (Excel…). •Avoir des connaissances de l‘Anglais professionnel écrit et oral. •Maitriser les techniques du commerce international (crédit documentaire, remise documentaire, incoterms, …). •Maitriser la sécurité des paiements acheteurs avec les garanties bancaires.
