Our diverse initiatives to support work–life balance, maintain employee health, and strengthen individual competencies are an essential part of our organizational culture and a key element of our human resources policy.
We are currently preparing for the next re‑certification in summer 2026 and developing an action plan for the following three years to strategically and future‑oriented expand our family‑ and life‑phase‑conscious initiatives.
In doing so, we also take current trends and developments into account, including the opportunities and risks associated with artificial intelligence.
