About the Role
Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop clear, outcome-focused plans for children and families
Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and high-quality interventions
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver holistic and effective support
Maintain accurate, timely case records in line with statutory requirements and local policies
Provide practical guidance and emotional support to service users, empowering positive change
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional experience
Registered with Social Work England
Experience in assessment and statutory casework
Car driver with access to a vehicle, essential for the role
Ability to work from the office a minimum of three days per week
Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–4:30pm on Friday, supporting a structured and manageable working week.
