About the Role:

• Work on a broad range of planning matters, including development proposals, strategic land promotion, and infrastructure projects.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients, including developers, landowners, and local authorities.
• Draft and negotiate planning agreements, develop planning strategies, and handle planning appeals.
• Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and other professionals within the team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest planning law developments and best practices.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE in planning law.
• Strong academic background in law.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for planning law and a desire to develop a successful career in this area.
