Position Summary
The Vice President of Strategic Accounts – Mission Critical is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and expanding long‑term relationships with the firm’s most significant Mission Critical clients. This role focuses on high‑value, complex construction management programs within data centers and other uptime‑driven, technically demanding environments.
This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, driving account strategy, revenue growth, repeat business, and exceptional project delivery performance in close partnership with operations, preconstruction, and business development teams.

Work Experience and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in construction management, general contracting, or owner's representation.
• Significant experience within Mission Critical environments such as data centers, healthcare, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or high reliability infrastructure.
• Proven success managing strategic client relationships and generating repeat business.
• Exceptional executive level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance client advocacy and operational performance.
• Willingness to travel to support clients and projects.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Experience leading national or global Mission Critical programs.
• Background working with hyperscale, colocation, healthcare systems, or Fortune 500 clients.
• Knowledge of alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design Build, GMP, Progressive Design Build).
• Professional certifications (PMP, DBIA, LEED, CCM) a plus.
