Senior Global Equity Investment Specialist - ESG/Sustainability

A global asset management firm are looking to hire a product specialist to focus on ESG equity strategies as they continue to enhance their reputation as a leader in responsible and sustainable investing. This role will play a pivotal role in driving commercialisation of the ESG/Sustainable equity strategies and acting as the technical expert for clients. Key responsibilities: Point of contact for sustainable investment related queries, both internally and externally Represent the investment team at client and consultant meetings and pitches Contribute to strategic development of the team’s capabilities, supporting with product innovation and launches Produce thought-leadership and market update pieces on thematic ESG topics Lead on product messaging and positioning to ensure it is consistent across all marketing content Create marketing materials and content in order to articulate sustainable credentials of the strategies Response to client queries relating to ESG issues Candidate Requirements 7-10 years relevant experience in an Investment Specialist or other client-facing role CFA qualification would be beneficial Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with a client focused approach Genuine passion for sustainable investing and understanding of sustainability-related regulation Can-do attitude and enjoy working in a collegial environment Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
