Für eine Bank im Großraum Freiburg suchen wir einen Senior Treasurer (m/w/d). Die Position bietet hohe Eigenverantwortung mit Entscheidungsbefugnis bis 20 Mio. Euro in einem kleinen, dynamischen Team mit direktem Draht zur Führungsebene sowie der Perspektive, Teamleitungsverantwortung zu übernehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts im Treasury inkl. Entscheidungen zu Konditionen, Laufzeiten und Gläubigern
• Verantwortung für die Refinanzierungsstrategie der Bank sowie aktives Management des Wertpapierportfolios
• Beziehungsmanagement gegenüber einem breiten Gläubigernetzwerk sowie Mitwirkung im Devisenbereich
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Meldewesen, Risikocontrolling und Gesamtbanksteuerung

Ihr Profil:

• Bankfachliche Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
• Mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung in Treasury, Gesamtbanksteuerung oder ALM, idealerweise bei einer Regionalbank oder Sparkasse
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der kompletten Derivate-Bandbreite sowie regulatorisches Wissen
• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Bereitschaft zur Präsenz vor Ort in Villingen-Schwenningen (langfristig ist Homeoffice möglich)
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1+)
