About the Role
As Facilities Manager, you will lead the on-site maintenance team across day-to-day operations, planned preventative maintenance, and resident-reported repairs. You'll be the person who keeps everything running - managing statutory compliance, overseeing the quality of our apartments, grounds, amenities, and communal spaces, and ensuring residents feel well looked after at every touchpoint.What you'll be doingLeading, delegating, and supervising the day-to-day maintenance teamOverseeing inspections, repairs, and upkeep of apartments and communal areasManaging planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and remedial worksEnsuring all statutory obligations and compliance requirements are metHandling resident-reported maintenance - from first contact to resolutionKeeping accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activityWhat I'm looking forExperience in a facilities or maintenance management roleStrong customer service skills in a resident or customer-facing settingConfident communicator - in writing and in personOrganised, proactive, and able to lead with integrityComfortable with MS Office tools (training provided)
