Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills: A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Proven experience in working with children and young people in a social work capacity.
