This is a busy and rewarding telephone-based role where you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries and providing a high standard of support and guidance. You’ll be speaking with a variety of people each day, listening to their needs, answering questions, resolving queries, and ensuring every customer receives a positive and professional experience. The Successful Candidate Will Have
