Overview:
This position will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of a mobile concrete production plant. Overseeing preparation, maintenance, repair, and quality control activities at their respective batch plants.
Responsibilities:
- Batch concrete loads using manual & Command Batch.
- Troubleshoot problems in a dry batch ready mix plant and with rear discharge trucks.
- Schedule material deliveries, and ensure successful project completion.
- Train, motivate, discipline, and give direction to employees. Address employee grievances in a timely manner.
- Follow directions of upper management and seek guidance from headquarters entities when necessary.
- Maintain and account for all equipment that is assigned to your plant.
- Responsible for all office administrative duties including but not limited to, payroll, tickets, inventory, HR and Safety documents.
Requirements:
- Command Batch Software Experience is Required.
- Mobile Plant Experience is Preferred.
- Wind Industry Experience is Preferred.
- Must have dry batch ready mix plant maintenance/troubleshooting experience.
- Strong Leadership/Management skills.
