Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Certified Pharmacy Technician for a dynamic and growing team in the Cary, NC area. This person will be responsible for helping patients via phone and email to discuss medication and general health needs.
Responsibilities
Contact patients via phone and email to discuss company services
Follow up with patients to ensure medication compliance
Record and update patient information into company database
Discuss health concerns and specific medication needs with patients on an ongoing basis
Requirements
Certified Pharmacy Technician
One year of employment in a CPhT capacity
Bilingual a plus but not required
Strong customer service skills – previous work in a retail or call center environment
