They provide high-quality printed and unprinted pouches, sachets and bags to a wide range of markets. With strong expertise across food / beverage, pet food, pharmaceutical and medical sectors, the business continues to invest heavily in technology, materials and sustainability, positioning them as a trusted long-term partner.
You will play a key role in identifying, winning and developing new customer relationships, working closely with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver outstanding service and packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing customer base
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term customers
Act as a trusted packaging solutions partner, advising customers on material selection, formats, barrier properties and sustainability options
Drive growth within food, coffee, pet food, medical and nutraceutical markets
Deliver product presentations, training and technical guidance to customers where required
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to commercial negotiation and account development
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and reports for senior management
Represent the business professionally at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings
Responsibility to support customer base with product selection and product training where necessary

Proven B2B sales success within flexible packaging
Track record of new business development and territory growth
Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working autonomously
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational abilities
