Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to drive the health, performance, and security of IAM systems within a dynamic cybersecurity division. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical application migrations and integrations, develop data-driven reports for executive leadership, and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with cloud platforms, scripting, and IAM tools, supporting a company-wide security initiative with a focus on compliance and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 5 years in programming and scripting
  • 3+ years in reporting tools and dashboard development
  • Strong skills in automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Python scripting
  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, and application migration/integration
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and SIEM tools such as Azure Sentinel
  • Knowledge of IAM systems like ForgeRock, Ping Identity, OKTA, and SailPoint
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance of IAM systems
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and integration scripts for IAM processes
  • Create and manage dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools
  • Implement alerting mechanisms to quickly detect and respond to anomalies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IAM processes and reporting capabilities
  • Document system requirements, processes, and compliance measures for audits
  • Support application migration and integration efforts, primarily involving Entra ID and Azure AD
  • Automate routine tasks and processes through scripting and tools to increase operational efficiency
