The Role
- Support the delivery of marketing mix modelling projects, owning key components such as data preparation, model execution, and scenario analysis
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve business problems across marketing and performance data
- Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights that inform budget and channel decisions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to high-quality client deliverables
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and improve communication of outputs
- Strong commercial experience in data science or statistical modelling, ideally within marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with marketing mix modelling or similar approaches, with exposure to tools such as Meridian, Robyn, or PyMC
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP
- Understanding of Bayesian statistics and marketing attribution concepts
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences

What You’ll Do

- Strong experience developing and training machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks/libraries.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets and complex multi-table data environments.
- Experience within AdTech, digital advertising, marketing technology, or advertising optimization platforms is required.
- Strong understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience building and supporting production ML systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online feature stores and real-time data systems.
- Background in recommendation systems, bidding optimization, user acquisition, ad monetization, or advertising performance models.
- Experience working in cloud-based ML environments.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable ELT pipelines using modern cloud technologies
- Develop and maintain production-ready data transformation frameworks with dbt
- Design Snowflake data models that support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications
- Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines using Fivetran and cloud-native integration patterns
- Develop reusable, well-tested Python and SQL solutions for large-scale data processing
