<strong>Logistics Operative</strong><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Didcot<br><br><strong>Salary:</strong> £28,000–£31,000 per annum + Overtime Available<br><br><strong>Hours:</strong> 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 | Full time<br><br>We're recruiting a <strong>Logistics Operative</strong> to join a professional, clean and well-organised logistics operation in <strong>Didcot</strong>.<br><br>Unlike many warehouse roles, this isn't about rushing to hit unrealistic pick targets. It's about working carefully, accurately and safely, ensuring high-quality materials and products are handled correctly for our customers.<br><br>If you take pride in doing a job properly and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we'd like to hear from you.<br><br><strong>What you'll be doing</strong><br><ul><li>Receiving and processing incoming goods.</li><ul><li>Loading, unloading and storing materials safely.</li><li>Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Processing stock movements using warehouse management systems.</li><li>Supporting production and customer assembly lines.</li><li>Preparing goods for dispatch.</li><li>Processing returnable packaging and warehouse returns.</li><li>Delivering materials to local customer sites when required.</li><li>Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>What we're looking for</strong><br><ul><li>Previous warehouse or logistics experience.</li><ul><li>Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.</li><li>A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.</li><li>Someone who values quality over rushing the job.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Desirable</strong><br><ul><li>Counterbalance Forklift Licence.</li><ul><li>Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence.<br><br></li></ul></ul>If you are interested apply directly or call 01189598078.
