About the role:
A high-performing secondary school in Central Leicester is looking to appoint an enthusiastic English Teacher. This exciting opportunity is available on a long term supply basis starting in September 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4</li>
<li>Plan and deliver engaging lessons</li>
<li>Monitor student progress and attainment</li>
<li>Encourage a passion for reading and writing</li>
<li>Support students preparing for examinations</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>QTS or equivalent teaching qualification</li>
<li>Experience teaching English within a secondary school</li>
<li>Strong curriculum knowledge</li>
<li>Excellent classroom management abilities</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS on the update service</li>
