What You’ll Do Architect AI-powered knowledge solutions based on the eGain AI Knowledge Method Integrate eGain AI Knowledge Hub with other systems in the enterprise Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university 3 to 5 years as a Solutions Architect implementing enterprise solutions for large organizations Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI applications in production enterprise environments The ability to lead technical workshops, translate business requirements into architecture, and earn trust from both IT teams and business stakeholders If you’re ready to architect solutions that put knowledge at the center of enterprise AI, let’s talk.
