Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)
Salary: $150,000 â $190,000 plus bonus opportunities
Job Description:
A national law firm is seeking an attorney with experience in Labor and Employment Law to join their California litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a firm that prides itself on advancing attorneys through the next steps in their legal career, while offering an environment where common sense and practicality are prized over tradition and bureaucracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance
Provide practical legal advice to employers regarding wage and hour issues, sexual harassment, and workplace policies
Manage a caseload of individual and class actions from inception to conclusion, with a focus on Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims
Conduct legal research; draft pleadings and motions; represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations
Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case and trial strategies
Qualifications:
Prior experience practicing Labor & Employment law, especially PAGA cases, required
California Bar License required
Commitment to regular client communication and proactive client service required
