We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a product development team building a modern enterprise SaaS platform used by engineering professionals worldwide. In this role, you will transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences, working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping product direction through user research, prototyping, usability testing, and continuous design improvements while contributing to a scalable design system.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and solutions for complex applications.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into product improvements.
• Proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Experience creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design specifications.
• Experience working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable design standards.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, including Product Managers and Software Engineers.
• Very good English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience designing products for engineering, technical, or other complex enterprise domains.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, or design workflows.
• Understanding of frontend implementation constraints and close collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a modern enterprise SaaS platform.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, discovery workshops, and research activities to understand user needs and identify product improvements.
• Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed design specifications.
• Create consistent, accessible, and scalable interfaces while contributing to the evolution of the design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Success teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Validate and refine design solutions using user feedback, analytics, usability findings, and business outcomes.
• Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support implementation by working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to continuous product and design improvements.
