Recruitment Fraud Disclaimer
Recruiting fraud is when scammers impersonate a company and create fake job opportunities to trick job seekers into providing personal data or money. These types of scams are increasingly common.
Please follow these tips for a safe job seeking experience:
EPAM will never require a deposit or fee in connection with an EPAM application or job opportunity. EPAM also will not require any payments from you to procure work equipment for a pending job opportunity. If you receive any such request for money, assume it is a scam, and please report it to JoinUs@epam.com.
EPAM posts all job opportunities on our careers site. (https://www.epam.com/careers, https://careers.epam-czech.cz, https://www.epam.de, https://careers.epam.hu, https://welcome.epam.in, https://careers.epam-poland.pl, https://careers.epam.ua, https://careers.epam.cn). Take a moment to validate any job opportunity by examining our careers site. If you don’t see the opportunity listed on our careers site, contact JoinUs@epam.com to confirm you are dealing with a true EPAM representative and opportunity.
Do not provide personal information in connection with an application or job opportunity via informal channels, like texting or WhatsApp. Provide personal information solely through our careers site or to an EPAM corporate email address that ends in @epam.com.
Ensure that any interview following an initial contact is conducted by an individual with an EPAM email address ending in @epam.com, or on EPAM’s interview platform.
If you receive any contact from an individual related to an EPAM job opportunity that you suspect may be fraudulent, please contact us at JoinUs@epam.com to verify whether the contact is authentic.
If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, please contact local authorities.
