About the Role
We are recruiting for a Credit Controller / Debt Recovery role to join a growing professional services business. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of debtor accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while supporting internal teams across operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of debtor accounts via phone, email, and letter
* Chase overdue payments and agree repayment plans
* Build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
* Investigate and resolve queries
* Identify and escalate financial risk
* Support accounts through recovery processes where required
* Maintain accurate records and system updates
* Manage and prioritise workload effectively

What We're Looking For
* Experience in credit control, collections, or a similar role
* Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Competent in Microsoft Office
