Rebuild the mojo of a talented London Technology recruitment team.</strong></h5><p>We’re looking for a <strong>hands‑on Sales Recruitment Leader</strong> to take ownership of our London Tech team. </p><p>You’ll inherit a mix of established and developing consultants, stepping into a role that requires <strong>daily sales leadership, real influence, and consistently high personal standards</strong> - demonstrated through your own billings, behaviours, and presence on the sales floor.</p><p>This is a true <em>front‑foot</em> leadership role. You’ll be the one who sets the pace, builds momentum, sharpens expectations, and brings back the ambition and buzz that make London such an exciting market.
