<p><strong>NFGN Programme Manager needed in Lowestoft Paying £300 per day ref 1719488</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
</p>
<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the overall programme management and delivery of the NFGN masterplan</li>
<li>Manage multiple inter‑related projects across housing, leisure, infrastructure, and community facilities</li>
<li>Oversee programme governance, including reports, briefings, and recommendations for Members and senior leadership</li>
<li>Take responsibility for budget management, financial forecasting, and monitoring programme viability</li>
<li>Coordinate and conclude viability reviews, supporting informed decision‑making</li>
<li>Procure and manage consultants and delivery frameworks to support the programme</li>
<li>Identify and manage programme risks, dependencies, and mitigations</li>
<li>Engage effectively with stakeholders, including Members, internal services, developers, and community representatives</li>
<li>Ensure programme delivery aligns with planning policy, regeneration objectives, and corporate priorities</li>
