CNC Operator

Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes according to job specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and materials Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Maintain quality standards and complete production documentation Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe Report issues with tooling, materials, or equipment to supervisors Qualifications: Previous CNC operating experience required Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspection Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
