Für einen internationalen Finanzdienstleister in Leipzig suchen wir einen Head of Enterprise Risk Management (m/w/d). Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, ein vierköpfiges Team zu führen und das unternehmensweite Risikomanagement-Framework strategisch weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Gesamtverantwortung für Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines zukunftsorientierten Risikorahmens, von der Methodik über die Kapitalplanung bis zur Risikotragfähigkeitsanalyse
• Aufbereitung und Kommunikation entscheidungsrelevanter Risikoerkenntnisse gegenüber Geschäftsleitung, Aufsichtsbehörden und internen Gremien
• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung regulatorischer Anpassungsprozesse und strategischer Risikoprojekte
• Aufbau einer starken Teamkultur sowie fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter im ERM-Bereich

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik, Physik, IT oder vergleichbar
• Circa sieben bis neun Jahre Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, Banking, Audit oder Consulting
• Drei bis vier Jahre Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1+) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
