About the Role
Are you looking for a challenge? That's what we offer! Scope of Job Handle spare parts orders and be a focal point of parts information for all stakeholders. This position requires the person to be eager to sort out data, is detail oriented, well managed and problem-solving ability to ensure the spare parts orders are on time, smooth and accurate. He/She has to collaborate with several teams and coordinate with external vendors, warehouses, other Heidelberg entities as well as customers for smooth order activities. SAP proficiency (module: SD, MM) & English communication are necessary for this job. Responsibilities Support customers with high standards of service to represent the Heidelberg brand image as a “No. 1 Service provider of the industry” Carry out the inquiries from external/internal stakeholders by providing advices which demonstrate flexibility and commitment to the organizational goals and objectives. Ensure the ordered part numbers are accurate by checking from company data sources such as machine drawing from ServicePoint, parts book, SAP or seeking some advice from Heidelberg Specialist in Germany. Coordinate with warehouses in each location for ordering and returning products. Coordinate with forwarders to ensure its on time delivery from the warehouse to customer’s site as well as preparing documents for inbound/outbound logistics processes if required. Issue quotation, Invoice, debit note including follow up activities after documents are sent out. Minimize customer complaints and be involved in customer satisfaction survey as per the HTH’s Complaint Management Policy. Take care of other tasks/jobs assigned by superior. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in any fields. At least 3 years of experience in coordination, logistics and supply chain management in the Printing Machinery, Engineering or any related businesses. Have technical knowledge of the spare parts of Prepress, Sheetfed printing and Post Press Machines would be advantage. Detailed oriented, well managed and good communication skill in both Thai and English. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SAP (SD and MM) Why work for HEIDELBERG?
