<p data-start="1069" data-end="1451">The <strong data-start="1073" data-end="1091">Fractional CIO</strong> will serve as a part-time executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology and information strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced IT and digital transformation leader who wants to make a tangible impact in a purpose-driven, high-growth renewable energy environment without the constraints of a full-time corporate role.</p>

<p data-start="1680" data-end="1863"><strong data-start="1680" data-end="1707">Digital Transformation:</strong><br data-start="1707" data-end="1710" />Lead the modernization of business systems, data architecture, and digital platforms to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cybersecurity.</p>

<p data-start="1869" data-end="2070"><strong data-start="1869" data-end="1901">Data Governance & Analytics:</strong><br data-start="1901" data-end="1904" />Establish best practices for data integrity, analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making across energy operations, finance, and ESG initiatives.</p>
