Job Title: IT Support Specialist (24/32 hours per week)

Location: Hoofddorp (on-site)

Contract: Fixed-term (7 months)

About the role

For TECS (Turner Engine Control Solutions), we are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to strengthen the team in Hoofddorp. This role is fully focused on user support and day-to-day IT operations. You will be the go-to person for colleagues who need technical assistance and ensure that systems, devices, and applications run smoothly.

This is a part-time position (24/32 hours per week) and requires on-site presence.

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users (mainly NL/EU colleagues)
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, hardware, and user environments
• Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, basic admin tasks)
• Troubleshoot issues with devices, software, and connectivity
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
• Assist with VPN and remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Cisco AnyConnect)
• Support basic ERP usage (Odoo is a plus)
• Ensure systems are secure, updated, and running efficiently

What they are looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in an IT support or system admin role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Experience with hardware support (Windows/Mac)
• Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Available for 24/32 hours per week on-site in Hoofddorp

• Salary between €3,500 – €4,500 gross per month (pro rata)
