<p data-start="99" data-end="265"><strong data-start="99" data-end="118">The Opportunity</strong><br data-start="118" data-end="121" /> An established and growing transport planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Transport Planner to join its Oxfordshire-based team.</p>
<p data-start="267" data-end="613">This independent consultancy provides specialist transport planning and infrastructure advice across the UK, supporting developments from early feasibility through to delivery. With a strong reputation in the development sector, the business works on a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, education and mixed-use schemes.</p>
<p data-start="615" data-end="796">This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to begin their career in a supportive, technically strong environment, gaining hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects.</p>
<p data-start="798" data-end="951"><strong data-start="798" data-end="810">The Role</strong><br data-start="810" data-end="813" /> As a Graduate Transport Planner, you will support senior team members in delivering transport planning solutions for development projects.</p>
<p data-start="953" data-end="984">Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul data-start="985" data-end="1391">
<li data-section-id="d966md" data-start="985" data-end="1081">Assisting in the preparation of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans</li>
<li data-section-id="18mzrlj" data-start="1082" data-end="1167">Undertaking data analysis, including traffic counts and junction modelling inputs</li>
<li data-section-id="nkcf9f" data-start="1168" data-end="1222">Supporting site appraisals and feasibility studies</li>
<li data-section-id="zpvh16" data-start="1223" data-end="1267">Preparing technical reports and drawings</li>
<li data-section-id="1pt37zs" data-start="1268" data-end="1330">Liaising with clients, local authorities and project teams</li>
<li data-section-id="16rcxlg" data-start="1331" data-end="1391">Contributing to project delivery across multiple sectors</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1393" data-end="1508">You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of transport planning projects, with structured support and mentoring.</p>
<p data-start="1510" data-end="1525"><strong data-start="1510" data-end="1523">About You</strong></p>
<ul data-start="1526" data-end="1877">
<li data-section-id="sodztw" data-start="1526" data-end="1612">Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography or a related discipline</li>
<li data-section-id="14lsjoa" data-start="1613" data-end="1661">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li data-section-id="jcmqtn" data-start="1662" data-end="1710">Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li data-section-id="jyv37k" data-start="1711" data-end="1827">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with transport modelling software is advantageous but not essential)</li>
<li data-section-id="o21d1t" data-start="1828" data-end="1877">A proactive attitude and willingness to learn</li>
