Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, people development, and operational excellence?

We're looking for a Regional Service Manager to lead our Northern service operation, managing a team of Area Service Managers and driving performance across safety, customer satisfaction, service growth, and operational delivery.

What you'll do:
✅ Champion a safety-first culture and employee wellbeing
✅ Lead, coach and develop high-performing service teams
✅ Drive customer service excellence and operational performance
✅ Use data and insights to deliver business results and continuous improvement
✅ Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
✅ Identify and maximise service growth opportunities across the region

What we're looking for:
✔ Proven experience leading managers and multi-site/field-based teams
✔ Strong customer service and operational management background
✔ Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI and SAP
✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
