About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to take charge of the restaurant, bar, and events operations in a stunning country hotel setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, uphold exceptional service standards, and create memorable guest experiences every day. £40,000 per annum plus £4,000 service charge Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth. Develop and implement training plans to support staff performance and progression. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen and senior management to enhance menus and service offers. About You: Proven management experience in a quality hotel or restaurant environment. A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and service excellence. Strong organisational and financial management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
