Content Project Manager Job Title Content Project Manager Location Spain Duration 12-month Secondment Reporting To Content Project Team Manager (CPTM) Job Summary With direction from the Content Project Team Manager (CPTM) and in collaboration with Content Strategists (CS), develop & produce competitive, innovative content for new or revised products (both local language and translation/adaptation as required) with focus on compelling electronic formats and functionality, that meet market needs and are designed to drive usage and grow market share. Manage assigned projects from contract stage through delivery of final files ensuring that standard deliverable files are produced on time and within budget, to approved proposal vision. Incorporate new processes, e-workflows, and technology as appropriate supporting migration to an eFirst workflow with authors in the creation of e-content. Serve as primary contact for authors, scientific editors, translators and suppliers from contract stage through final delivery of products. Key Responsibilities 1: Ensure timely delivery of complete and well-prepared material for publication that adheres to proposal and appropriate quality benchmarks 2: Review and prepare content for delivery to freelancers, suppliers or vendors 3: Liaising with freelancers/suppliers as necessary and monitoring perfor 4: Ensure finished product meets market needs and budget is adhered to Requirements Be a university graduate Have excellent experience in Scientific, Technical and medical publishing Display experience managing writers and Subject Matter Experts Demonstrate experience in managing multiple, high-priority projects. Be a natural communicator with an ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external suppliers with honesty and integrity Be able to show skills in project management and delivering results in a global matrix organisation through managing multiple projects Have knowledge of e-devices and e-content workflows with familiarity of accpetable formats for digital text and art Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
