<p><strong>🐾 Veterinary Surgeon – Advanced Practitioner in Dermatology | Up to £70k</strong></p> <p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time | Part-time considered<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> £70,000</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br /> An exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner in Dermatology to join a busy, multi-disciplinary referral hospital. The role involves independently managing a varied dermatology caseload while collaborating closely with referral teams in medicine and surgery, supported by experienced RVNs and referral coordinators.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <p>Managing referral dermatology cases independently</p> <p>Collaborating with multi-disciplinary referral teams</p> <p>Delivering the highest standards of patient and client care</p> <p>Using advanced equipment including video otoscopy, blue light therapy, and dedicated dermatology consulting facilities</p> <p>Supporting referring vets with case updates and treatment plans</p> <p><strong>What’s Needed</strong></p> <p>RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon</p> <p>Advanced Practitioner in Dermatology (or eligible)</p> <p>Experience managing referral dermatology cases</p> <p>Strong communication and teamwork skills</p> <p>Enthusiastic, proactive approach to collaborative working</p> <p><strong>Hours &amp; Rota</strong></p> <p>Full-time role </p> <p>Part-time options considered</p> <p>No out-of-hours</p> <p><strong>Facilities &amp; Support</strong></p> <p>Multi-disciplinary referral hospital with modern facilities</p> <p>CT scanner, endoscopy, laboratory, and 24/7 hospitalisation</p> <p>Dedicated dermatology consulting room and equipment</p> <p>Friendly, supportive team with strong referral network</p> <p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p> <p>Salary £70,000</p> <p>Generous weeks holiday including bank holidays</p> <p>RCVS, VDS, and two additional memberships paid</p> <p>Enhanced maternity, paternity, and parental leave</p> <p>Career progression opportunities within a supportive referral environment</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>📩 To find out more or apply, contact angel.mason@gvcvets.com OR 01392 793153 in confidence.
