Head of Lettings - Parsons Green
Location: Parsons Green
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic
OTE: £80,000 - £100,000+ (uncapped commission)

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Lettings or Senior Lettings Manager to lead a successful residential lettings team in Parsons Green.
This role is ideal for a driven, commercially minded individual looking to progress within a well-established and growing estate agency brand. You will be responsible for driving lettings performance, winning new business, and managing key landlord and tenant relationships within one of London's most sought-after property markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of lettings negotiators
- Drive new lets, renewals, and overall branch revenue
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and tenants
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and oversee deals through to completion
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and increase profitability
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Manager, or Head of Lettings
- Proven track record in generating new business and exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of the Parsons Green or wider South West London lettings market
- ARLA qualified or currently working towards qualification
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Commercially aware and target-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
