Functie You are the commercial owner of your hospital accounts and the trusted advisor for vascular access and medication delivery solutions. You coordinate stakeholders, convert opportunities and ensure smooth day-to-day account performance. Act as Single Point of Contact for hospitals within the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio Manage daily account operations and coordinate internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical) Implement solutions aligned with clinical and operational customer needs Map decision-makers and influencers within hospital organisations Build long-term partnerships through structured account and CRM management Lead cross-functional Customer Success Teams to secure customer outcomes Drive upselling and cross-selling across the existing customer base Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities in the region Achieve agreed sales growth, margin and pipeline targets Profiel You combine commercial drive with credibility in the medical device environment. You are comfortable navigating hospital decision-making and influencing both customers and internal teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare or economics Proven experience in the medical device or healthcare solutions market Track record in solution selling and complex stakeholder management Experience working in a multinational, matrix-driven organisation Strong business acumen and ability to manage sales pipelines and forecasts Confident communicator in Dutch and English, written and spoken Proactive, structured and comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives Aanbod You join a stable, growth-oriented MedTech organisation with clear investment in your development and performance.
