<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews</li>
<li>Schedule interviews for all hiring managers</li>
<li>Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly</li>
<li>NOT remote. In office required</li>

<div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting</li>
<li>Caregiver recruiting required</li>
<li>Home care recruiting highly preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of federal and state employment laws</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Social Media Recruitment experience</li>
<li>Experience attending events</li>
<li>Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
