Project Executive - Multifamily Construction Westchester County, NY A growing, well established multifamily developer / general contractor is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple ground up residential construction projects in Westchester County. This is a senior leadership role overseeing project teams and driving project performance from preconstruction through completion. The Project Executive will work closely with ownership, development partners, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Compensation & Benefits* Base Salary: $225,000 * Target Bonus: 10% annually * Project Completion Bonus: 10% in years when projects exceed budget and schedule goals * 401k with company match * ESOP participation * $6,000 annual car allowance (tax advantaged, $10k equivalent value) Responsibilities* Provide executive oversight of multiple ground up multifamily construction projects * Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams * Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost control from preconstruction through closeout * Review estimates, contracts, procurement strategy, and change orders * Manage relationships with developers, ownership groups, architects, and consultants * Identify project risks early and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget * Ensure strong safety culture, quality control, and regulatory compliance * Participate in preconstruction planning, budgeting, and value engineering Qualifications* 15+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor * Significant experience delivering ground up multifamily or residential projects * Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously * Strong leadership and team development skills * Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control on large projects * Proficiency with construction management software such as procore, bluebeam, and scheudling platforms LocationWestchester County, NY This position requires regular presence at project sites and company offices in Westchester County.
