Social worker - Court Team - Torbay

Torbay Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our Court Team, working with children and families at a critical point in their lives. Pay rate - £42ph This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will make a real difference by ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children subject to care proceedings. You will manage a complex caseload, undertaking high-quality assessments, preparing court statements, and representing the local authority in legal proceedings. You'll work closely with families, legal professionals, and partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for children.
