A-Line Staffing is now hiring Credentialing Specialists in Hackettstown NJ. The Credentialing Specialist would be working for a Major Healthcare Organization and has career growth potential.
Credentialing Specialist Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Pay Range: $30-36 per hour
Credentialing Specialist Responsibilities:
• Enforce regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
• Prepare and maintain reports related to credentialing activities, accreditation, memberships, and facility privileges
• Process initial credentialing applications and provider reappointments
• Collect, verify, and maintain provider education, training, licensure, and experience records
• Maintain accurate provider data within the Echo credentialing database
• Prepare materials for Credentials Committee, MEC, and Board of Trustees meetings
• Track provider license and certification expirations
• Ensure compliance with medical staff bylaws and credentialing procedures
• Schedule and occasionally attend medical staff meetings while taking meeting minutes
• Maintain confidentiality of provider information
• Perform additional administrative and credentialing duties as assigned
Credentialing Specialist Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of the credentialing process required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent computer skills
