SITE MANAGER - SUTTON

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Working Site Foreman / Site Manager with a joinery background to oversee a restaurant fit-out project. This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone who is comfortable managing the site while also being involved in day-to-day works, coordination, and problem-solving on site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Day-to-day management of a restaurant fit-out Hands-on involvement where required, particularly with joinery and finishing works Managing subcontractors and direct labour Ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards Full responsibility for on-site Health & Safety Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks Coordinating deliveries and materials Liaising with the client and project team ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Manager Strong joinery background Valid SMSTS (essential) Valid CSCS card (essential) Good understanding of Health & Safety on fit-out projects Ability to read drawings and manage trades on site Reliable, organised, and proactive
