Functie
What you will do
- Coordinate and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and compliant product flows.
- Act as the main point of contact for customs, export, and trade compliance matters, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Manage and evaluate logistics service providers, including performance monitoring, rate negotiations, and supplier onboarding.
- Oversee inventory controls, stock reconciliations, and logistics-related documentation to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve operational escalations, and support cross-functional collaboration across customer service, sales, and logistics teams.
Profiel
You have a:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of international transportation (road, air, and sea freight), warehousing, customs regulations, and export documentation.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems and using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external logistics partners.
- B2+ level Dutch
