About the Role
Adult’s Social Worker, Front Door/Safeguarding, Bexley <br>Full time experiences Social Worker Role in the Adult Social Care Triage Team, completion of ASYE preferable. <br>Based at the Civic offices in Bexleyheath, with opportunities to work from home and in other locations. <br>36 hours working week. <br>Social worker to work at the front door of adult social care in an integrated health and social care team.
