Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Safeguarding Hub Location: Trafford Rate: £30 per hour Working Pattern: Hybrid Contract: Full-Time
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Hub in Trafford. You must have previous experience in adult social care and safeguarding, alongside strong working knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, including:
Care Act 2014
Mental Capacity Act 2005
Human Rights Act 1998
About the RoleThe Safeguarding Hub acts as the single point of access for all adult safeguarding referrals received by the Local Authority. The team is responsible for:
Screening incoming safeguarding concerns
Coordinating provider-led safeguarding responses
Managing organisational safeguarding concerns
You will work within a highly skilled, welcoming, and supportive team, delivering proportionate, person-centred safeguarding responses in line with current legislation and statutory guidance to effectively protect and support adults at risk across Trafford.
