Restaurant Manager – 3 AA Rosettes – North Yorkshire Great salary and tips Growth and development Free parking Be part of a lovely team We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who has skills and experience in working in a fine dining environment.  Ideally with a minimum of 2 AA Rosettes.  You will be a Restaurant Manager with good knowledge and passion for wine, with a minimum of Level 2 WSET.  You will understand good wine pairings and have a good knowledge of food.  You will be a Restaurant Manager who can work well with the Head Chef and kitcehn team and you will lead your own team from the front.  As Restaurant Manager you will have excellent customer service skills and be the face of the restaurant, encouraging repeat business and increasing sales and service standards.
