A leading US law firm is seeking two Learning & Development Coordinators to join its London team on a replacement basis.
This is a key role supporting the delivery of firmwide training programmes, compliance tracking, onboarding and departures, and learning systems administration across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll play an important part in ensuring attorneys receive a seamless and well-structured development experience.
Working closely with the Associate Director of L&D, you’ll coordinate training activity, maintain accurate records, support reporting and compliance processes, and contribute to wider learning initiatives including mentoring programmes and engagement projects.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with experience in a legal environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential.
