At the heart of it all is a relentless drive to push boundaries, tell bold stories, and connect brands to youth culture like no one else can.</p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><span>We’re on the hunt for a sport-obsessed, highly-driven and passionate Account Manager to join our branded content team, overseeing some of our most exciting sports and gambling partnerships yet.</span></p><p><span>This is a unique opportunity to lead social-first, fast moving client campaigns by providing an exceptional level of service that results in industry-leading creative work.</span></p><p><span>You’ll be working at the heart of our Client Projects team, plugging into multiple LAD departments while skillfully owning senior clients relationships day to day to make campaigns fly.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>What the opportunity looks like </strong><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bf0ebdee-7fff-0b9e-5015-cefe57f487ed">⚽️</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead some of our sport and gaming brand partnerships day to day, delivering fast-paced campaign work on a weekly basis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee a continual production and delivery schedule, working closely with our production team to skillfully execute on time and on budget</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, managing client expectations and feedback with a positive, solutions-focused attitude</span></p></li><li><p><span>Chair briefing meetings to inform delivery strategy with consideration of client, company and project needs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts and creating SOWs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead on reporting on a weekly basis alongside quarterly business reviews</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills and experience we'd like you to have </strong><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-00bccdc1-7fff-55eb-ead5-261cee761700">👀</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong background in delivering fast and challenging projects, specifically across social video and static content</span></p></li><li><p><span>A good knowledge and passion for sport, and ideally gambling</span></p></li><li><p><span>A thorough understanding of core account/project management skills including the ability to brief teams, understand and create timelines, development of clear and concise presentations, and management of costs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable in building strong and constructive relationships with clients based on honesty and trust</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments with the ability to bring teams together to deliver the right solution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong written and verbal skills, confident at presenting clear and informative narratives both internally and externally</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have a solutions focused mindset</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.</p><p>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
