About the Role

Office Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based on the outskirts of Great Dunmow.

This role will require working in a team of 3 with day-to-day duties including:
• Raising purchase orders.
• Invoicing customers and chasing any outstanding invoices.
• Placing orders.
• Answering phones.
• Managing emails.
• Preparing test results and creating reports.
• Maintaining database.
• Maintaining quality manual.
• Designing and compiling marketing material.
• Organising maintenance of site.
• Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
• Managing data and documents.
• Scheduling meetings.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm – 1/2 hour lunch break.
