We’re working with a growing digital team that is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist who brings curiosity, and a genuine drive to improve performance for clients.

If you have at least three years of SEO experience in an agency environment, enjoy diving deep into challenges, and thrive in a team that values initiative and high standards, this role will suit you well. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking environment that balances ambition with a grounded, collaborative approach.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries, applying your expertise to varied and interesting projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients while shaping effective SEO/SEM strategies.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across major search engines and platforms.
• Conduct keyword research to identify meaningful opportunities for growth.
• Refine ad copy and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
• Perform link audits and address risks within backlink profiles.
• Run regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Enhance site architecture, speed and core technical foundations.
• Work closely with developers to ensure websites follow SEO best practice.
• Track and interpret performance data to inform continual optimisation.
• Stay ahead of search trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and social teams to deliver integrated work.

Some of the requirements:

• Solid experience across SEO and SEM.
• Confidence in client-facing environments, with the ability to explain the why behind recommendations.
• Strategic thinking across the full SEO ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, collaborative and proactive communication.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web technologies (beneficial but not essential).
